Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 13, 2026

THIS PRIVACY POLICY DESCRIBES HOW MAKE STOCK MONEY, LLC COLLECTS, USES, SHARES, AND PROTECTS INFORMATION WHEN YOU USE OUR WEBSITE, SUBSCRIBE TO THE DAILY MARKET UPDATE, PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP, OR OTHERWISE INTERACT WITH OUR SERVICES. BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH IT, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

Make Stock Money, LLC ("Make Stock Money," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Arizona. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website at makestockmoney.com and any subdomain (the "Site"), the free Daily Market Update email, the members' research portal, our Discord community, our social media channels, our email communications, and any other product or service that links to this Policy (collectively, the "Services").

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Disclaimer and Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given to them there. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that we link to or that integrate with our Services; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. We collect information you choose to give us, including: your email address when you subscribe to the Daily Market Update or create a member account; a password when you create a member account, which we store only as a salted cryptographic hash and never in readable form; your name, if you choose to provide it; the content of any comments, messages, replies, or other material you post through the Services; and the content of any correspondence you send us, including support requests and replies to our emails.

Information collected when you purchase a membership. Memberships are sold through LaunchPass, a third-party subscription platform, with payment processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, LaunchPass and Stripe collect your name, email address, billing address, and payment card details directly. We do not receive or store your full card number, expiration date, or security code. We receive from those providers your email address, the plan you selected, the status of your subscription (active, past due, canceled), and transaction identifiers, which we use to grant and revoke access.

Information collected through Discord. If you connect a Discord account to your membership, we receive your Discord user identifier and username so that access to our Discord server can follow your subscription. Your activity within Discord is governed by Discord's own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, our hosting provider automatically receives technical information necessary to deliver the pages to you, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring page, the pages you request, and the date and time of each request. We may retain server logs containing this information for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

Email engagement information. Our email delivery provider may record whether an email was delivered, bounced, opened, or had a link clicked, along with the approximate time and the device or client used. We use this to maintain list hygiene, to comply with anti-spam law, and to understand whether our emails are reaching you.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from the service providers named in this Policy (for example, a bounce or complaint notice from our email provider, or a subscription event from LaunchPass or Stripe) and from publicly available sources.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: deliver the Daily Market Update to subscribers who have confirmed their email address; create, secure, and administer member accounts and the research portal; process memberships, renewals, cancellations, and refunds where applicable, and grant or revoke access accordingly; send transactional and service messages, such as email confirmations, password resets, billing notices, and changes to our terms or this Policy; respond to your questions and support requests; understand how the Services are used and improve their content, design, and performance; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, and violations of our terms; comply with legal obligations, including anti-spam, tax, and record-keeping requirements; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or to which you consent.

We do not use the information we collect to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the law of your jurisdiction requires a legal basis for processing personal information, we rely on the following: your consent, for example when you subscribe to the Daily Market Update or tick a consent box; the performance of a contract, for example to provide a membership you have purchased; our legitimate interests, for example in securing the Services, preventing abuse, and understanding usage, balanced against your rights and interests; and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Email Communications and Your Choices

Daily Market Update. We use a double opt-in process: after you enter your email address, we send a confirmation email, and only after you click the confirmation link do we add you to the list. We check that an address is properly formed and belongs to a domain that accepts mail before sending the confirmation. Every Daily Market Update includes a one-click unsubscribe link and, where supported, a List-Unsubscribe header. You may unsubscribe at any time and your request is honored promptly. Unsubscribing from the Daily Market Update does not cancel a paid membership or stop transactional messages about it.

Transactional and service messages. We may send you messages that are necessary to provide the Services, such as confirmation, security, billing, and legal notices, even if you have unsubscribed from marketing or informational email.

Marketing. We do not sell your email address and we do not send marketing on behalf of third parties. If we introduce additional email programs in the future, we will ask for your consent where required and provide an unsubscribe option.

6. Cookies, Tracking, and Third-Party Content

Our Site. The Site is designed to load no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. We do not use advertising cookies. We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep members signed in to the research portal; it contains only a random session identifier. Your browser may also store small amounts of data locally to remember preferences.

Third-party content on the Site. The Site embeds a market ticker from TradingView and a checkout flow from LaunchPass. When these load, your browser contacts those providers directly and they may receive your IP address and set their own cookies or collect usage information under their own privacy policies. We configure the Site to block tracking beacons that these embeds attempt to load where we are able to do so, but we do not control those providers.

Do Not Track. Because we do not track you across third-party sites, the Site does not respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals; there is nothing additional to disable.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only as follows:

Service providers. We share information with vendors that process it on our behalf and under our instructions, including: Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, and the database that stores accounts and subscriber records); Supabase (database and functions used to store and send to the Daily Market Update list); Resend (email delivery); LaunchPass (membership subscriptions and Discord access management); Stripe (payment processing); Discord (community platform); and TradingView (market data widget). Each provider is permitted to use your information only to provide its service to us and is bound by its own privacy and security obligations.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that doing so is required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; to enforce our terms; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Make Stock Money, our members, or the public; or to investigate fraud, security, or technical issues.

Business transfers. If Make Stock Money is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or a successor policy that provides at least equivalent protection.

With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose with your consent or at your direction.

Aggregated or de-identified information. We may share information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you, for example subscriber counts or usage statistics.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. In particular: Daily Market Update subscriber records are retained while you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward so that we can honor your unsubscribe request and avoid re-adding you in error; unconfirmed subscription requests are retained briefly and then discarded; member account records are retained while your account exists and for a period afterward for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes; transaction records are retained as required by tax and accounting law; and server logs are retained for a limited period for security and debugging. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

9. Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include transmitting data over encrypted connections, storing passwords only as salted cryptographic hashes, restricting the Site to a strict content security policy, limiting access to production systems and secrets, and relying on established providers for payment processing so that card details never reach our systems.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at the address below.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request that we correct inaccurate information; request that we delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements; object to or restrict certain processing; receive a copy of information you provided in a portable format; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in the Contact section. We will verify your identity, which may require you to confirm control of the email address associated with the request, and will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may decline requests that are unfounded, excessive, or that would infringe the rights of others, and we will explain why.

Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law. You may exercise the rights described above, and you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Our Services are directed to persons in the United States. If you access them from these regions, the rights above apply, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Information you provide will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under eighteen (18) years of age. You must be at least eighteen to use our Services. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under eighteen, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

12. International Users and Data Transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers store and process information in the United States and, in some cases, other countries. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States and any other country where we or our providers operate, which may have data protection laws that differ from those of your home jurisdiction.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Services contain links to third-party websites and services, including LaunchPass, Stripe, Discord, TradingView, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and the promotional and referral links we publish. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any third party. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every site or service you visit. Some links we publish are referral links, and we may receive compensation if you sign up through them; this does not affect what information those third parties collect from you.

14. No Financial Advice; Relationship to Our Terms

Nothing in our Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is impersonal market commentary provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Your use of the Services, and any limitation of our liability, is governed by our Disclaimer and Terms of Service, which you should read together with this Policy.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAKE STOCK MONEY, LLC, AND ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE COLLECTION, USE, DISCLOSURE, OR SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION, INCLUDING ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SYSTEMS OR THE SYSTEMS OF OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH DAMAGES RESULT FROM OUR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT AND CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW. THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY IN OUR DISCLAIMER AND TERMS OF SERVICE APPLY EQUALLY TO THIS POLICY.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide more prominent notice, such as by email to subscribers or a notice on the Site, before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
